Adv. Orit Koch

Adv. Orit Koch, Managing Partner: LL.B. Heads the real estate taxation department at the firm. Orit has about twenty years of experience in the real estate sector, out of which she has engaged in real estate taxation for about fifteen years. Orit has served for many years in a senior position at the Tel Aviv Real Estate Taxation Office in the ITA, as a coordinator of the Objections and Appeals Unit. Orit joined Ziv Sharon Firm upon its establishment in 2010 and since then has engaged in providing consultation and guidance for complex real estate transactions, including combination transactions, yielding real estate transactions, urban renewal, purchase groups, transfer of construction rights, buildings for preservation, taxation of transactions in collective and other settlements, etc. Orit is the tax advisor of the Association of NOP 38 Companies, a member of the board of directors of the “National Organization for Urban Renewal” and is considered to be one of the leading tax advisors in the field of urban renewal.

Orit regularly lectures in different frameworks: in academic institutes (The College of Management, The Academic Center for Law and Science), at the Israel Bar Association and in various professional courses.
