Adv. (CPA) Yoad Frenkel

Adv. (CPA) Yoad Frenkel, Partner: LL.M. LL.B., and B.A. in Accounting. Yoad is the head of the international taxation and voluntary disclosure department. For years, Yoad has served as a (senior) income tax inspector at the Encouragement Laws Department and as a National inspector at the International Tax Division of the Tax Authority Professional Division. In this position, Yoad managed the area of information exchange between the Israeli Tax Authority and foreign tax authorities, served as part of the Israel treaties team, provided ongoing consultation to assessment offices, issued tax rulings and coordinated the legislative team on international taxation.

Yoad is a member of the the Tax Forum at the Israel Bar Association and participates in the discussions of the Finance Committee of the Knesset, on behalf of the Israel Bar Association concerning subjects in the field of his expertise.

Yoad taught at Bar-Ilan University and lectures at the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and the School for Taxes. In addition, he has published a series of articles in professional monthlies (the bi-monthly “Taxes”, “Yeda Lameida”, “the Certified Public Accountant”. etc.) that have earned the recognition of the professional community in the sector of real estate investment funds and international taxation.
